3.3 Cancellation: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in declined future appointments.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are final at the time of agreement.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash (AED), bank transfer, and select digital payments (details provided during booking). Full payment is required before item handover.

4.3 No Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please inspect items carefully during your appointment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 In-Person Pickup: Preferred method is handover during your Karama appointment. You are responsible for inspecting the item before taking possession.

5.2 Delivery Options: For established clients, courier delivery within the UAE may be available at an additional cost. We are not responsible for items after dispatch; any shipping disputes must be taken up with the courier.

5.3 International Shipping: We do not typically ship internationally. Customs regulations in other countries may prohibit replica goods, and we are not liable for any seizures or legal issues.

6. Quality & Returns Policy

6.1 Inspection: You are strongly encouraged to inspect all items thoroughly during your appointment. Once you accept and pay for an item, it is considered final sale.
